Vegas Trip
The Basics For Any Las Vegas Trip
There are a few things that you should know before planning a trip to Las Vegas. These are the things that you should remember before everything else. The last thing you want is to come to Las Vegas only to realize that you forgot something at home. Let's get started with the first basic rule when coming to Las Vegas, bring some comfortable walking shoes. This should be a MUST for anyone coming to Las Vegas. Chances are that you will end up spending a lot of time walking on the strip (and probably standing in lines as well) and nothing is worse than having blisters on your feet that will impair your ability to have fun in Las Vegas.
The second basic rule is to remember is to pack clothing that will fit the weather during your stay in Las Vegas. The weather here in Las Vegas can be fairly predictable. Between the months of May and August, the weather is usually HOT - especially in June and July where you can expect temperatures above 110 degrees Fahrenheit or 43 degrees Celsius. Between the months of October and April you can expect colder days and even colder nights. Remember to check the weather for Las Vegas prior to your trip.
The third basic rule is to try to avoid the busy holiday seasons when planning your trip to Las Vegas - if you can. Las Vegas is one of the busiest places in the nation around holidays. If you are coming to Las Vegas during a holiday remember that you will typically pay higher prices for your airfare, hotel, and car rental. Don't forget that there WILL be large crowds. If you must come to Las Vegas during a holiday, make your reservations ahead of time to ensure that you will have the best availability to the all of the accommodations that you will need.
There are other basics you should remember as well. Remember that Las Vegas is in the desert. So remember that you will need to drink plenty of water. Margaritas and Beers cannot provide the necessary water intake that you need. Las Vegas is a very dry climate when compared to where many people live and it is very easy for the dryness here to take advantage of you.
If your purpose in coming to Las Vegas is to golf, then you should come prepared. Las Vegas has some of the nations most beautiful and lavish golf courses. You should bring your best clubs along with you - though you can rent clubs at the golf course if you decide not to bring your clubs. When speaking of things to do in Las Vegas, you should bring some dress clothes with you if you decide to go to one of the incredible Las Vegas shows - which you MUST do. You will not be disappointed with the shows that Las Vegas has to offer you.
Las Vegas is recognized for attracting the big spenders but it should be known that it is very possible to spend economically and have a great vacation for two that would cost $100 per day. However, on the other hand a big spender can spend thousands on ONE meal. When it comes to nice restaurants, make sure you look for the menu outside of the restaurant before you enter so that you can gauge the affordability of the restaurant if you are on a budget.
If you plan on visiting any of the destinations around Las Vegas like Hoover Dam or the Grand Canyon, it would be a good idea to either drive your own car (if you're close enough) or rent a car. It is easy to be fooled by the distances of these destinations that surround Las Vegas. Not too mention that it is easy to loose your sense of time when you are having fun in the casinos.
Las Vegas is also one of the biggest places in the nation to have a wedding. Las Vegas is almost as famous for weddings as it is for gambling. More than 130, 000 couples apply for a marriage license each year in Las Vegas. There are no traditions for a Las Vegas wedding. You can go as informal as you wish. You can have Elvis preside over your wedding. You can even do a drive-thru wedding if you're strapped for time.
The last basic rule is to live the Las Vegas motto while you're here: "What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas." So don't be afraid to let go and have a good time. Just don't do anything to attract the police and you will have an incredible time that you will remember forever.
Should my husband allow me access to his passwords for email/facebook accounts?
My husband has deceived me and lied to me and snuck around behind my back multiple times in the past 2 years. We have been attending marriage counseling which he was gun-ho about until our therapist started telling him he was very wrong for certain things, i.e. sending our private i.m. conversations to his mom and emailing her details about our arguments, inviting her to our house during an argument to be a mediator. He has taken very private info to his friends as well and during my pregnancy a year ago I read through an i.m. history on our comp where he was telling his friend that it's good that he's working out because he might be on the market again. he is the step-father to my two children from a previous marriage and the father to my now one-year-old. just recently i found out that he did cocaine on a buddy trip that he took to las vegas for his birthday, with his friends, not his wife (his second las vegas trip in 6 months without me). our marriage counselor thinks if he has nothing to hide then he should allow me access to his passwords but that i should exhibit self-control by not trolling through his private business all the time. she says it creates a security where MUCH is lacking right now. i would like to save the marriage but i can't help but feel like he is constantly hiding things from me and lying to me. just last night i asked him if he's been looking at porn (our counselor thinks he has a slight addiction to it) and he said no. flat out - NO. then i said, are you sure? a moment later and he sat quiet for a second and said, maybe a little. the first three years of our relationship i had total access to his accounts and NEVER got into them but began snooping when at 6 months pregnant he pulled away and began staying out all night with his buddies drinking and telling me i was too clingy and that he needed space. i have no trust remaining but feel like if i had access to his accounts it would provide me with peace of mind. what do you think? again, our counselor thinks if he has nothing to hide that he should offer them up but that i shouldn't be checking them all the time to allow him his privacy. she also thinks he's trying to live a single life with all his single buddies and that the pregnancy has made him regress and that he's having an almost mid-life crisis @ 30.
sorry for the novel, but HELP!

cheating bf I hope U see this msg b4 It's to late?
so my bf of 3years cheats not including his profession. I have accepted it even if crushes me everyday. Its that he brings his work with him. Yes I know all about your meetings , the "grl next door" CL, Amazon, friends (grls boys) and all the online dating. I know it all. and those 6am hookers that go over ur friends house after I leave Vegas trip bathroom stops bathroom meetings during family time. And yet he says I didn't love him. I loved him so much that I myself disrespected myself. He would apologize in his own way. and then would promise me marriage and that this was his last time. he would try to hook me up with his friends to make it up to me. But I didn't want that I wanted him all to myself. I didn't want to share him anymore. Yes I know it was just sex to him but to me it was agony. Agony that I have lived with for years. Iam tired of hearing one more time. One more time was when I walked away after given you the choice. Remember your choice my decision. If he only knew what great love I had to offer him. But he rejected it. He would call me weak. But it was him who was the weak one for not being to say no. He was the weak one for never being able to tell me himself. You lost the greatest love you will ever have. No one will be as forgiven as me. I hope all those girls were worth it. PS next time you ask me. Instead of me crying and saying no. I will smile and say yes or nod but remember UR CHOICE MY DECISION. And without you even knowing I will be moving on. Because while your busy I will be driving away to pack your things. U have been a bad bf. Hope u realize it and change ur ways b4 u plan one of your meetings again. And if you dont well then U HAD IT ALL AND THREW IT ALLL AWAY just like ur x wife did.. AND I did love you so much. But one thing why??????????
