What is the best Las Vegas hotel for a 21st birthday?
My 21st birthday is coming up this summer and we are planning a huge trip to Vegas. What hotels are recommended for a 21st birthday? I want to stay on the strip, be around the young crowd, and not have to pay top dollar (Wynn, Bellagio). Also if you know any sites that give promo codes that would be great. I have been to smartervegas.com but it seems like all of their promo codes are only for the next few months and I want to get this trip booked and set in stone so that all of the other people coming can plan accordingly.

LAS Vegas Hotel @ Mandalay?
hi! i recently booked a stay at the madalay hotel but i want to change to THEmandalay hotel....do they charge u to unbook, even though the 2 hotels are owned by the same company? plus, I got to switch from west wing to grand tower @ mgm grand with no charge last year...(but it was the same price). btw, the hotel i want to change to is more expensive.....so will they STILL charge me to unbook....i mean it's still the same company and stuff. they wont lose any money....
