Las Vegas Maps

Looking for Las Vegas maps? There are a number of map sources online, the most notable being from Google.

If you want a highly detailed Las Vegas map, one that shows restaurants, ATM machines, gas stations and the like, then I recommend you download a copy of Google Earth (it's free). This will overlay roads and other items of interest on a detailed satellite map of your selected area. Maps can also be tilted to give a 3D perspective.

All maps can be printed out.

Google Earth will also allow you to specify a starting position and final destination and give you directions on how to get from start to finish. However, if you're on the road and don't have your maps to hand, it might be worth inversing in a route-planner device such as the TomTom ONE Portable GPS Vehicle Navigation System or the Garmin Nuvi 350 Pocket or Vehicle GPS Navigator.

You'll spend hours playing with Google Earth as you plan where to visit on your trip.

As with Google Earth, you can zoom in and out of this map using your mouse wheel or the slider control at the left of the map screen. Maps can be moved with the arrow burttons on the map or you can click and drag the maps with your mouse.

You can see a satellite image of the area covered by your map or you can overlay you map on the satellite image.
