Are there any affordable US Universities for International (Canadian) graduate students?
I'm pursuing my Honors degree this current year in History. I was then planning to obtain my Masters in History to pursue a career in the field. Are there any Universities in the US that are not exorbitantly expensive for Canadians to attend? My specialty is US History with an emphasis on the US west, California History, Las Vegas History etc.
I've looked into the UC system and Cal State system and they all seem to be very expensive 30-50k a year.
Anyone have suggestions?

To the poster about SD. That might be an idea, but I was talking 30-50k a YEAR being expensive, 10-12k seems extremely reasonable considering the prices I have come up with. But would such schools in ND, SD and MN have specialties in my area I wonder. Also, NDU is about 1.5 hrs from me, so I am familiar with this region!
