She's my bff but I feel more like a servant to her.....?
So, sorry this is a bit long.... My high school best friend and past room mate has gotten married and had 2 kids, my brother married her sister. So, she claims that she doesn't have money to pay a babysitter so my brother's wife (her sister) have been taking turns babysitting during the week. I don't have children and felt like when she first started asking me I was being a bad friend and agreed to watching her kids. Rachael (her sister, my sister in law) told me a few days ago taht while shw was watching the kids the father checked into a casino on FB, and then just yesterday she came to get the kids and was like " Hurry up boys, daddy's home" And just today while watching her kids, she checked into a salon to get her hair colored, which as you women know, this is not something you can do on your lunchbreak..... They claim to have no money, yet she can keep up on the upkeep of her nails and he can afford to go to the casino every week... I guess, you've gotta understand that my husband recently got laid off from his mine job for a year and I cannot afford to do these things even without kids! I don't mean to look like I'm jealous,because, I'm not. I should also say that the only time I get to spend with my friend is when she comes home from work and handing off her kids. She still goes shopping with her other friends, never, am I invited. I'm feeling used I guess is my point. She is an ultra sensitive person and neither of us like confrontation but I am seriously at my wits end feeling morel ike a "helper" than a friend.. How do I handle this? Jordan, IDK if you'll see this but, my favorite point that you brought up is that we'll "catch each other later on ther social aspect" Also, love the "out" you brought up for me to bring up to her.... To be perfectly honest and I guess I didn't project this but, even when my husband was making money I wasnt' doing my nails, shopping or getting my hair done regularly mostly because we were more focused on paying off our truck and our house so literally all the extra money we were making was going to those loans... So in short, me driving to her house thats about 15 miles one way, is costing us money. Man, I should just stop this insanity! It seems so easy as I type it, as I said though, she is a very good friend.

Marriage In The Philippines?
Is there such thing as common wife in the Philippines? My grandparents was married and after a few years my grandfather found another woman who was working in the casino. My grandpa left my grandma for this new woman. This woman and my grandpa have 5 kids who was using my grandpa's last name. Now my grandpa and my grandma never get divorce and the new woman he is with never got married but their kids is using his last name. Is that legal? @ Millie really? i thought the wife who has not been married to you would not have any rights to inheritance? How is she going to prove that she is a wife when she doesnt have a marriage certificate? The reason of long time separation would take your rights away as a wife doesnt make any sense.
